This design is a little bit different from other patterns, it is a pattern for a Christmas-themed lampshade.  This would be wonderful in a foyer or any other area in your home in which you would like to have a little more light and add to the Christmas Season decor.  This was a fun pattern to design and to paint.

Christmas is coming!  I love this time of the year! This is the year that I am opening up for two major products - Making soap and creating Christmas ornaments.

The Christmas Star Ornament is comprised of hand formed air dry clay that when dry is hand painted by me and applied with "fairy dust" biodegradable glitter, sealed with a glossy finish and then attaching a baker's twine hanger.

Measurements are almost 3 inches from point to point.

Great care will be taken to ensure that this ornament arrives in one piece by ensuring there is plenty of bubble wrap, strong cardboard boxing and plenty of sweet thoughts accompanying each order.

Christmas is on its way. I love this time of the year!  

This Christmas ornament was made by me using air dry clay that I prepared and then hand painted and used a glossy sealer to "make it shine!".  The blue star has a cute little face peaking through a fir wreath. This is my own design.  There is a baker's twine hanger making it all ready for the tree!  

This would make a wonderful teacher's gift or for anyone on your list!  

Measurements:  3" from point to point.

This ornament is a combination of a fir bough, cranberry colored shaped dots and a lot of glitter!  The base of the ornament is air dry clay which I prepped, outlined into the clay, hand painted and then let a "glitter" bomb land on the front and back of each ornament.  I pictured it hanging on the tree and the tree lights bouncing off the glitter and I was hooked and I made it happen!  

The ornament measures a little more than 3 inches top to bottom and almost 3 inches wide.  I have included a red and white hanger of baker's twine.  

Great care will be taken to ensure that the ornament arrives at its destination all in one piece!

I am a firm believer that it is never too early to be thinking Christmas. I designed this piece last year and finally got around to making it a pattern so I could "spread the joy". There are a lot of steps but they are not hard steps, I like to think of them as baby steps. The background is a dark blue and has a lot of wonderful clean and country type colors that will coordinate with most color schemes.

This is a Terrye French sketch through Painting With Friends that I painted and made into a pattern through Painting With Friends. I saw this as being a quintessential New England WInter scene complete with Christmas light lit house, snowman sled with tree in the door yard as well as candy canes marking the front entrance to the home and of course, had to have some sheep there too! The addition of the northern lights swirl in the sky was a touch of Terrye French genius!

Christmas is coming!  I love this time of the year, don't you?

After all the years I have made and sold ornaments, I have not gotten tired of making snowmen ornaments!  There are so many different ways to make them and each one is adorable (at least to me).  

I designed these snowmen to be pretty plain but "jazzed" them up with a flashy scarf and 3 red heart buttons and I cannot forget the fairy dust - front and back!  They are made with air dry clay, hand painted after the clay is dry, sprinkled with fairy dust and then adorned with a shiny silver scarf.  Also, did you notice the carrot nose?  

Each snowie measures  3 1/2" x 3".

This is my first attempt at doing an ocean/beach soap and I love how it turned out!  I can almost hear the roar of the waves and the pounding sound when a wave cuts and runs up the beach!  As a child my family spent 2 weeks mid summer at the Jersey Shore and those were 2 weeks of pure bliss! 

It was very important for me to show the layers of a wave with three colors - white, blue violet and an aqua turquoise.  I am just as excited by the sand layer which was made with a gold mica mixed with vanilla bean powder which I think definitely defined the grains of sand.  The top of each bar is equally spectacular with the blue colors and white defining the swirl of the sea.  

The ingredient used were olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, distilled water, sodium hydroxide, titanium dioxide, there were 4 micas used - blue, green, white and gold sparkle as well as vanilla bean powder to help add color and dimension for the sand.  The scent I chose for this soap was very well-named - Sea Salt fragrance oil.  The best ingredient is always included in each bar of soap I create - LOTS OF LOVE!

Average weight of each soap bar is 4 ounces.

I found this old metal coffee pot and immediately thought this needs to be painted with gingerbread men and candy canes!  So merry and bright!  This is my original design and is a quick and easy project.  I like to think this will become a cherished piece handed down through the years.  I found the coffee pot ata  yard sale and have seen plenty out and about at junk shops, thrift shops and recycle shops.  I have included a recipe for the cinnamon appleauce ornaments that I attached to the top.  I had fun painting this and hope you do too!  Please note...once painted, the coffee pot is for decorative purposes only.

Christmas is coming!  I love this time of the year, don't you!

I designed, shaped, and hand painted each sweater and then sealed each with a glossy varnish and attached baker's twine to each ornament.  Christmas sweaters seem to go hand in glove with the season!  Wouldn't this be a sweet gift for a teacher, daycare person or just so many other suggestions.  

The ornament measures 4 inches wide and 2 3/4 inches long.
